About UsCasaire Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Constant Air Systems Limited (CAS). CAS was established in 1965 as a design and contracting company in the field of mechanical heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. From an early stage, CAS engineers became aware of the inefficiency of conventional heating systems when serving large open high buildings and began an investigation into anew initiative for heating these type of buildings in the form of an induced air system. Casaire has successfully carried out projects ranging from small retail units to large high bay distribution centres and aircraft hangers. The system has also been developed to serve supermarkets and low level buildings. By working closely with Consultants, Contractors and end user Clients, Casaire has proudly maintained its position as market leader in providing cost effective, energy efficient systems, utilizing the latest air induction technology. From a projects initial concept Casaire’s in-house team will undertake the design, procurement, installation, commissioning and hand over of the system. We can also offer service contracts on all plants through our dedicated Service Department. Although the general principle of the ‘Casaire system’ has not altered over the years Casaire are continually developing the system to accommodate new building regulations and to reduce the systems carbon footprint. Casaire have further developed the system to accommodate cooling, predominantly for warehouses storing pharmaceutical or confectionaries goods were there is a requirement for limiting the internal temperature throughout the warehouse to protect the stored product. Casaire Limited is Trend O.E.M. approved and provide as a standard feature a Trend BMS controls package. As part of the Constant Air Systems group of companies Casaire can also provide gas and electrical services to the Casaire plant.
